1:1 yoga class series 

 

This benefits children who require hands-on adjustments or prefer the 1:1 connection.

What to expect: 

  • Intake meeting. 
  • Support the continuation of a personalized program.
  • Will include stretches, exercises and poses that support their therapy recommendations and goals.

Home Practice 

Program 

Personalized yoga sequence that can support OT, SLP, PT, BC recommendations. This program’s key features are:

  • Intake meeting.
  • Will include stretches, exercises and poses that support their therapy recommendations and goals.
  •  If there are complex needs, observing a therapy session or consulting their therapist will be included.
  • Emotional/physical self-regulation skills goals.
  • 2  in-person or  Zoom yoga classes (location dependent). Includes video recording for future personal practice.
  • Visuals for personalized sequence.

Comprehensive  

Program

In continuation of support for the Home Practice Program, but expanded. 

  • 1 Sensory Exploration Box –> can customize for special interest.
  • Access to “Drop In” YouTube Channel. Find short videos that are regulating and introspective.
  • Support to implement at home.
  • 6 Month check in meeting, to revise and adjust personalized yoga sequence. 
 


Meet Jenny Kerr
She/Her

With over 30 years of experience working with children, Jenny is passionate about making yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone. As a mother of children with diverse needs including autism and ADHD, she understands firsthand the importance of creating a welcoming space where all individuals can thrive. 

Jenny’s yoga teacher trainings are extensive and diverse, She is certified in Radiant Child Kundalini Yoga, Yogakids, Brain Gym and CHI Kids that equip her with the tools to engage children of all ages and abilities. Additionally, she holds a 500-hour Modo Yoga certification and specialized training in Asanas for Autism, Neurodiverse, and Physical Disabilities that enables her to tailor practices that accommodate various needs and preferences. Jenny has enjoyed exploring workshops and further trainings for Fascia Release, Yoga Nidra, and Yogassage.  

Jenny provides a nurturing and adaptive yoga experience that respects and honours each individual’s unique journey.
